Lefteris Matsoukas (born 7 March 1990 in Piraeus) is a Greek football player last playing for SV Werder Bremen II.

He was promoted from the Olympiacos youth team and was given his first contract by the club. Olympiacos moved quickly to secure the player as AS Roma made an enquiry on him. Matsoukas recently scored a goal (his first for Olympiacos) in a pre-season friendly against V. Plzeň, his first League match played on 29 December 2007 against AO Xanthi.[1] He changed from Olympiacos Piraeus to Werder Bremen on a free transfer and left the club on 30 June 2010.[2]
He was a member of the Greece national under-19 football team.[3]
